Came home from a weekend of camping to a house reaching 90 degrees. After spending all weekend in the sun we were so drained we were excited to, what we thought, was to come home to a nice cool house. So we jumped to our local Facebook page and was recommended to have Custom Air fix our A.C. we called. As most companies are days out they said they would be there either that night or the next day, which was 4th of July mind you. When I didn't hear from them by 6 I figured we would have to wait for the next day but nope!! They called at 10pm saying they were on their way!!!!!!! They fixed our A.C. at 10:20 at night!!! What an amazing two they are!!! Not only do they come at late hours to save us from the heat but they are so nice!! It felt like we have known them for years!!! I can't recommend them enough!!! They dog, cat and the two kids would like to thank them even more!! 5 stars are not enough for these two great people!!!

  We have been without AC for years now and were recommended Angie and Rick by my brother and sister in law when we got an outrageous quote on a 1.5 ton AC unit from Western Heating and Air. We called Custom Air Heating & Cooling and they came out the same day (even when we called late in the afternoon) to look at everything and give us a quote. They got us scheduled in ASAP with a significantly less price than the other place. Even if their prices weren't amazing, their custom service is (though their prices are amazing)! Very responsive to phone calls, texts, AND emails. The other place we tried to go to before Custom Air Heating and Cooling didn't even return our voicemail saying that we had wanted to go ahead and put their AC unit in, their loss! Installation was done perfectly and now we're soaking in the cool air. I'm so glad my brother and sister in law recommended them to us and we're already recommending our friends and family to them! My mother in law is getting a bunch of work done through them soon! Such wonderful, down to Earth people with great custom care and affordable pricing...what more could you ask for??

  We ended up with outrageous power bills at one point (we have all electric since we live away from the city) and we needed our 20-year-old insufficient furnace replaced. Rick & Angie supplied us a new heat pump system that has saved us a TON of money that otherwise would have been utterly wasted!! I have known Angie since high school and our kids are the same ages. Both Rick and Angie are solidly trustworthy and dependable. They will figure out the problem, tell you what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. They are honest and don't try to sell you something you don't need. Strong work ethic is prominently obvious and they work beyond regular hours during busy season which has been a comfort to us (no pun intended ~ haha). We have called them on a few occasions when our system wasn't working correctly and they have fixed it quickly and efficiently every time. One time it was because our filter was plugged and they had us change our filter which took care of the problem and no charge for the advice (over the phone)! Rick & Angie are very friendly people and will not take advantage of anyone. They love what they do, work hard, are great at what they do and it shows!   My insurance company sent someone out to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. It was not a great experience....the company was rude, uninformative, slow, and very unfriendly. To top it off they diagnosed the problem incorrectly. After mutiple technitions and several days of unsuccessful attempts we were very hot and very frustrated. I called Custom Air Heating & Cooling. They squeezed us in that very day, and came out late in the evening, way past time they should have been working. They spent minimal time diagnosing the problem CORRECTLY and telling us what needed repaired. We were so relieve and very thankful! When the beast that resides in my basement finally gives up and needs replaced I know I will be using them to replace it!

  Custom air serviced our very old heating and cooling system multiple times and gave prompt same day service when our home was either freezing in the winter or too hot in the summer. They were able to fix it and held us off from needing a new system. Rick is honest and hard working and gets the job done right!

  Our AC went out in our 7 year old home. But prior to going out our house was struggling to stay cool. CAHC came out and gave us all our options. Because our builder took short cuts our system was using 3 different sizes of components. CAHC explianed all our options, made recomendations and let us make the decision that was best for us. Because they took this time we ended up saving $ on our monthy utilities. I also knew I was supporting a local company that contributes back to the community I lived in.

  We have had to call them on a few occasions, and they made a way to get to us in last minute emergencys. They will always go the extra mile to make sure you have heat in the winter, and your cool air in the summer. We have a 21 year unit, and they keep it going.

  We bought a big AC/Heater for our home and an AC unit for our rental from Custom Air. They are hands down the best prices in town. The owner, Rick Thome, comes out and services and installs the equipment. (One time he was out here at 10 at night.) He has years worth of experience. He does it right and knows what is going on. Before we bought the new unit he came out and helped our old unit limp along until we could replace it. We liked them so much that we recommended them to my two brother-in-laws. They both bought units from Custom Air.
