  They were quick to reapond and be at my house when my A/C quit working. They diagnosed and fixed my problem in less than an hour. Very professional and nice. They really do care about their customers and getting them the most cost efficient fix for their heating and cooling problems.

  Our AC went out in our 7 year old home. But prior to going out our house was struggling to stay cool. CAHC came out and gave us all our options. Because our builder took short cuts our system was using 3 different sizes of components. CAHC explianed all our options, made recomendations and let us make the decision that was best for us. Because they took this time we ended up saving $ on our monthy utilities. I also knew I was supporting a local company that contributes back to the community I lived in.

  We have had to call them on a few occasions, and they made a way to get to us in last minute emergencys. They will always go the extra mile to make sure you have heat in the winter, and your cool air in the summer. We have a 21 year unit, and they keep it going.

  Walked in the door at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night and it's 88 degrees in my house. I message Angie and she tells me they will be over soon. I can't believe they are still out working on a Sunday night! They come over, fix my A/C and charge me a regular service charge and get my A/C working again!!! Who does that? They could have named their price, but didn't even charge me for after hours! You guys are the best!!!!

  We bought a big AC/Heater for our home and an AC unit for our rental from Custom Air. They are hands down the best prices in town. The owner, Rick Thome, comes out and services and installs the equipment. (One time he was out here at 10 at night.) He has years worth of experience. He does it right and knows what is going on. Before we bought the new unit he came out and helped our old unit limp along until we could replace it. We liked them so much that we recommended them to my two brother-in-laws. They both bought units from Custom Air.
